Prior to becoming a teacher and coach, Elise established herself as a successful engineer, managing global, cross-functional projects with annual savings of more than $1M. She then re-ignited her passion for education by delivering content-rich workshops and coaching to staff as a management fellow at Harvard University and to students as a career coach at Indiana University (Kelley School of Business). She has also taught several courses as an adjunct faculty member at local colleges.
She holds bachelors and masters degrees in engineering from Virginia Tech and a masters in education from Harvard University. Elise recently relocated to Greater Cincinnati.
