The Harvard Club of Cincinnati Leadership Speaker Series features local alumni who have held leadership roles across a variety of industries sharing some key lessons they’ve learned in their careers with an engaged, interactive audience.

Join us on January 17th, 2020, for the next the Harvard Club of Cincinnati Leadership Speaker Series where we welcome Elise Foster, Ed.M. ’06, Executive Coach, MultipliersTM Master Practitioner, and Co-Author of The Multiplier Effect and Beautiful Questions in the Classroom (forthcoming). She will share her experience and research regarding what it takes to create (and cultivate) a thriving organization. Expect a lively and interactive discussion as we explore the most common challenges leaders bring into coaching, what it takes to overcome these, and some tips and tools that each of you can put into practice right away. She may even find a way to connect the dots and explain how an engineer (at least this one) made the transition to speaking, writing, and executive coaching (Hint: the Harvard Graduate School of Education was a pivotal moment.)

Through Leadership Potential Consulting, the company she founded in 2009, she supports leaders and teams to become even more effective by amplifying the intelligence and capability of everyone around them. Her approach to coaching and facilitation is thought-provoking, practical and research based. She has been privileged to work across many different industries, including healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing, working with clients such as the University of Cincinnati, Parker Hannifin Aerospace and Zimmer Biomet.
