Hybrid is the answer. What is the question? As we move towards Hybrid working, how can we design collaboration mindfully and meaningfully?

About this event

Leadership is the art of designing the conditions for a transformative conversation.

Leading conversations where many people are in many places comes with its own unique challenges. This interactive workshop will help you be more intentional about designing these conversations, not by giving you the right answers, but by helping you ask better questions.

This session will leverage The Question Formulation Technique (QFT), created by the Right Question Institute – a durable and repeatable process for thinking more clearly about challenges.

As a participant, you will:

– Reflect on and reimagine a challenging Hybrid Meeting

– Develop deeper and more powerful questions to ask as you design collaborative sessions

– Network with like-minded thinkers and learn from each other

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:

This session will be co-hosted with Leadership Coach and Author Elise Foster.

Elise Foster is an executive coach who supports leaders to better equip themselves to navigate the increasingly complex demands of work and life. She is well-versed in the field of leadership of collective intelligence and is the co-author of the Multiplier Effect (2013) and Beautiful Questions in the Classroom (2020). As a former engineer, she brings her systems engineering mindset to bear as she invites leaders to bring out the best in everyone around them. Her clients include leading organizations such as Arizona State University, Parker Hannifin and Macy’s. She is passionate about working with leaders with the awareness, willingness, and vulnerability to put themselves at the center of the change equation. She also finds that many of her best leadership lessons come from her school-age daughter.

Daniel Stillman designs conversations for a living and insists that you actually do that too.

As an executive coach and facilitator, he works with clients and organizations of all shapes and sizes (From Google to Visa, to name a few) to help them frame and sustain productive and collaborative conversations, deepen their facilitation skills, and coach them through the innovation process. His first book, The 30 Second Elephant and the Paper Airplane Experiment is about origami and teams and yes, it’s as strange as it sounds.

He hosts The Conversation Factory podcast where he interviews leaders, changemakers and innovators on how they design the conversations in their work and lives.
